2020 Regenerative Farming Field Day
The wonderful regenerative food cooked by Sam and Sarah, and supplied by producers who used Hollands Track Farm multi species cover crops, was an additional bonus to a very informative day featuring Dr Maarten Stapper on zoom from Victoria.
His presentation of the science that underpins regenerative agriculture built on the knowledge that is restoring soils by sequestering carbon, addressing nutrient depletion in food and environmental issues around greenhouse gases. The practical application of those principles were observed at the field walk on Hollands Track Farm.
